Process tasks:
Modeling of the AS IS and TO BE situation
Analyzing points of improvement in AS IS processes
Designinga BPM framework for my department (link between MS Sharepoint and Casewise)
Transforming (existing and new) Visio processes to Casewise business processes:
- Capturing the business requirements for the different Order to Bill applications
- Organizing training sessions around application enhancements
Stijn's Project Challenges:
Because of the strong competition on the Belgian telecom market, my client’s focus was mainly on the following:
- Leadership in the market (time-to-market for new products)
- High customer satisfaction
- First time right
There was strong pressure on the team of process analysts to bring to the different departments improved work processes, improved system functionalities, quick wins.....all within a limited time frame.
