Annelore joined Altran in 2009 with a degree in Biosciences Engineering and a Master degree in Management obtained at the University of Louvain.
ANNELORE AND HER PROJECT
I handle deviations in an aseptic production room of a world famous laboratory. Any incident that occurs during the production phase is traced and needs to be solved following a strict procedure. I elaborate the planning giving the advancement status of the treatment of all deviations, participate to the weekly review meetings and coach the technicians on the detection and encoding of deviations.
ANNELORE IN HER DAILY TASKS
I facilitate the communication between the persons who are involved with production problems. I organize meetings with all the concerned parties to investigate the cause of an issue. I prepare the weekly deviation meeting with all the supervisors of the filling department to inform everyone of the progress of the deviations: new issue, closing of a solved deviation, etc…
