A Human Resources Management System sensitive to business rules, with users from 130 different countries.
Leandro's Project Challenges:
When you have end-users from 130 different countries, managing requirements and making sure they all fit can be extremely challenging.
Leandro's Project Solution:
Creating a Requirements Committee responsible for taking decisions for everyone and for stimulating them to keep in constant communication with end-users. Furthermore, providing an interactive tool which improves the end-users’ perception of the solutions brought to issues and requirements.
Leandro's Project Results:
The project is still ongoing as its scope keeps on growing, as well as its number of end-users!
