Context & Objectives
Contribute to the timely roll-out in Germany and in other Vodafone Operating Companies. Support the country-specific adaptation. Develop the technical specifications based on marketing requirements
Approach
Coordinate and plan resources during development, testing and deployment of IPTV middleware. Ensure adequate integration and consistent customer experience. Analyze and benchmark middleware solutions in video and multimedia devices. Develop proposals for new functionalities. Validate all technical aspects of services implementation : network architecture, callflow, interfaces (CDI , MHDK and WebServices API‘s)
Results
Mission still ongoing First phase is today under validation and will be launched soon. Future phases functional and technical requirements are finalized. Development of second phase has started.
