Altran Operational Excellence is a service that focuses on optimizing the overall efficiency of an organization.
This covers administrative or production processes, workstations, internal logistics processes, quality organization, maintenance operations, planning strategies and methods as well as warehousing operations and alignment of these activities towards the overall operations strategy.
The technical part encompasses our own analysis techniques for analyzing the overall process in combination with known techniques, such as Six Sigma or concepts like Lean Manufacturing or Lean Office.
The Change Management part is based on leadership and change management models in combination with a clear performance management system. As such, it goes beyond the classical and psychology based change management approaches.
