European Certification for customer contact centers - June 16th
The European Commission has developed a new standard norm (EN15838) related to customer contact centers activity. The goal of such a certification is to highlight the quality of the services delivered by customer contact centers.
In this context, Altran has been appointed to be the exclusive partner for Belgium in order to realize the whole process of audit to certify the eligible customer contact centers.
Altran, together with Call Communications and ECCCO, have organised a workshop to launch this new activity.
